As owner of the Breakfast Club Network, I serve as the Chief Connections Artist, facilitating structured networking activities to help small business owners, home-based professionals and entrepreneurs grow their businesses through relationships. I am a mentor, coach, partner, and valued resource to my clients.

My family has lived in the Cedar Park area since 1996 where I consistently "give back" through leadership on the Twin Lakes Family YMCA Board of Advisors and participation with the Leander and Cedar Park Chambers of Commerce. I am also a graduate of Leadership Cedar Park and the founding president of the Leadership Alumni Association.

As a native Texan, residing in the Austin area for 13 years, I have held positions as residential realtor and leasing agent, and membership manager with the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce. I stay active with both Leander and Cedar Park Chambers of Commerce, Cedar Park Historical & Cultural Preservation Commission, Cedar Park Heritage Society, Cedar Park Community Emergency Response Team, Cedar Park Citizens' Police Academy, and Leadership Cedar Park Alumni.

Di Anne has been helping people with their mortgage financing needs for over five years. For the ten years prior she was a loan processor so she knows the in's and out's of a mortgage loan file. Di Anne specializes in helping First Time Home Buyer's (FTHB's) by understanding their need of gaining knowledge in a financial world that is completely new to them. Most FTHB's don't have any idea what a mortgage is, or why credit is an important part of their lives. her main focus is to help them understand what mortgage program is best for them and keep them in a load they can afford. Most of those buyers come back to Di Anne in the future to refinance and/or purchase their next home.

Di Anne attends all of her cloasings with her clients to be there to help answer questions but mostly for moral support as they sign the paperwork for their biggest purchase. "It gives me great pleasure to see the smile on my client's face when they realize the American dream of home ownership," she says.

Di Anne's office is located in Cedar Park so attending the Breakfast Club Network meetings is easy. She has been a BCN member for four years and has gained many referral partners by doing tghe suggested one-on-one's.
