How it Works
It's a widely accepted principle that people do business with
people whom they know and like. We provide a structured environment
for small business owners and professionals to get to know others
in their community. Membership is open to anyone* who lives, works,
or is growing a clientele in the chapter area.
Founded in 2001, after years of experience in facilitating and
attending networking meetings, we have assembled the best elements
from each:
- It is truly affordable! No high initiation fees. No recurring
monthly dues.
- You will never be put on the spot to produce a referral.
By fostering relationships, the referrals will happen naturally.
- There are no stringent attendance requirements.
- There are no industry limitations.* We believe everyone
has something unique to offer and we want to make sure you come
into contact with a wide array of people.
- Each event is kept to only 40 participants so that you
move beyond the impersonal "meet and greet" and really
get a chance to make connections. It is a less intimidating environment
than a chamber of commerce or conference.
- The atmosphere of the meetings is fun, light, and friendly!
*The chapter leader may decide to restrict attendance by anyone in their own industry.

Meeting Agenda
Meetings generally last one hour and 15 minutes:
- Check in, open networking, breakfast buffet
- Meeting begins (everyone is seated), club announcements, new business
- Structured networking exercises include: brief introductions to entire room, more focused introductions to others seated at table, change tables for another round of focused introductions and a last round for one-on-one appointment setting
- Door prize drawing
- Member acknowledgements and announcements
- Conclusion

Door Prizes
As an added value for attendance, we give away door prizes (minimum value
$20) donated by members and guests. This is a great way to get more
recognition for your product or service. Bring the gift with
you to the meeting. Please have it nicely wrapped or prepared for
display.
How to enter to win door prizes:
- Register online
- Show up
- Bring a guest
- Donate a door prize
- Complete your One-on-Ones

Registration and Check-in
Because there is only room for a limited number of participants at each meeting, members and guests are encouraged to pre-register to guarantee a spot! Online registration is available by check or credit card and is $15 for the monthly meeting. If you must pay at the door, there will be a $5 surcharge ($20).
Please arrive on time and plan to stay throughout the meeting. If you must leave early, please alert your chapter leader ahead of time.
No-Show Policy:
Because the breakfast meetings are limited seating events, attendance is first come, first served. We often have a waiting list, so if you don't show up, you are keeping someone else from attending. If you must cancel, please give 24 hours' notice so that your seat can be filled.
We know that sometimes you have every intention of coming and at the last minute something prevents you, however, without 24 hours' notice, you will still be responsible for payment. If you have paid via online registration, no refund be issued. If you RSVP that you will pay at the door, you will be sent an invoice for $15. After two no- shows, further participation in the club will be at the discretion of the chapter leader.

Membership
Guests are welcome to attend twice before deciding to join*. Should you decide to become a member immediately following your first visit, you will be entitled to $10 off the annual administrative fee of $35. Fee includes online directory listing, membership plaque, embossed business card portfolio and name badge.
*Subject to chapter leader participation. Chapters are independently owned and operated.

What to Bring
Of course, you will want to have plenty of business cards on hand, but also feel free to bring any brochures or flyers or other small promotional items for the general display table. You may also want to bring your checkbook because after attending your first meeting, you will be enticed to join with a first meeting enrollment discount.
